The same credit data is used as below. However, AmerUSA will act as your screening agent, grade your applicant's credit worthiness and furnish you with our own proprietary tenancy report with our credit decision.

Option 2: Official Credit Report $9.95 per report (Site Inspection Required) Learn more

All U.S. Landlords are now required by the federally regulated credit bureaus to undergo a onetime site inspection of your principal office or residence if you have a home office. This is mandatory to have full access to credit reports.
